Childbirth Education
Birth is a normal physiological process that was designed by God. Our bodies are capable of having calm births with the Lord by our side. Sometimes, due to the nature of our broken world, our bodies don’t always function the way they were designed; however, this is not the norm. We believe with the right mental, physical, and spiritual preparation women can have beautiful births, no matter the circumstances.
In the Birth Restored Childbirth Education course, you’ll learn about the different stages of labor and what to expect, physically and emotionally, during each one, as well as gain evidence-based information that will empower you to make informed choices about your birth plan, pain management, and any potential medical procedures.
With this knowledge, you’ll have a better understanding of what to expect during this sacred time which will help you feel more confident and prepared during your birth.
